Funnel

Know who is about to buy and who was only asking

Every contact sits in a stage. You define what the stages are, and the system moves them when something verifiable happens.
The problem

Why tags are not enough

A tag says "wholesale customer". A stage says "about to buy".

When you have a hundred conversations they all look the same in the list. Someone who asked a price three months ago looks identical to someone who asked for your bank details yesterday.

The lifecycle puts every contact in a funnel stage: new contact, interested, negotiating, customer. You define the stages, their names, their emoji and their order — nothing is fixed by us.

Who moves the contacts

  • The system, when a new contact arrives or a sale is completed
  • The AI assistant, but only with evidence: the customer saying they will pay or sending a receipt, never a hunch
  • You, from the chat or the customer profile, whenever you want

Every change is logged with who made it and why. If the assistant moved someone, you can see exactly which message justified it.

Que el cliente diga que pagó no lo convierte en cliente. El contacto pasa a la etapa ganada cuando la venta se cierra de verdad — no cuando alguien lo promete. Es la diferencia entre un embudo que sirve y uno que miente.
